The Amazon Prime of Prayers
A prayer that gets answered ASAP
Ask God to remove anyone in your life who is there against His will.
You’re not just praying for yourself, but for the person in question and possibly countless others when you ask God to clean up your circle. That’s because other people have the potential to impact our destiny more than we ourselves in a lot of cases.
Why else would Proverbs (the Wisdom Twitter of the Bible) caution over and over against who we associate with? Surround yourself with idiots, become one. Associate with the wrong people, get ruined. Get involved with the wrong person and go to hell. Bad friends will destroy you.
Have you ever looked back on a relationship you ended up regretting and said, What was I thinking? Other people can take the sense right out of us. They can disconnect us from hearing the small still voice inside (the Holy Spirit) that warns us when we’re off track. That’s the power people can have on us. They can make us stop listening to God.
So it’s no wonder God hears and answers the cry for help when we ask for a realignment in our relationships. Not only our destiny is at stake, but so is the person/people you’re praying about and all the others who get impacted by us being in a wrong relationship — not to mention the loss of being out of the right relationships.
When we surrender our will to God’s, we humble ourselves to our creator, who knows everyone better than we do ourselves…who knows the entire big picture…and who only wants the best for us. God rewards this humility. He promises to give grace (unmerited favor) to the humble, to forgive their sins, and reward them greatly.
Resisting God’s relationship house cleaning is pride. It’s thinking you know better than God. Which is so ridiculous, it’s for their own good that God smacks down prideful people and makes them fail utterly in the end.
It’s not easy to pray, as important as it is. But this is a prayer even the newest beginner can pray with total confidence that it WILL be answered quickly. Answered prayers build your faith muscle so you can go on to pray other prayers that require more dedication.
The quickest way out AND INTO trouble is through other people. God sends people, and so does the Enemy.
God set the law from the beginning that humans have ultimate dominion, and so God must be asked to get involved, same as the Enemy. Good and evil have their methods of persuading us to invite them in, but the basic principle is the same.
When we pray for God to remove people in our life who do not belong, we allow our relationship garden to get weeded, quickly and a lot easier than if we had to do it ourselves. Add on to that prayer you want people in your life who will serve your highest good. This is God’s will for us. And when we pray that way, we are sure to be answered.
